For exceptionally meritorious achievement while serving in Platoon leadership throughout the calendar year 2025, each of the individuals recognized demonstrated outstanding performance, significantly contributing to the overall success of the Company. Their commitment to learning and adaptability ensured seamless integration within the Company's standards and operations. The efforts of these individuals have been instrumental in fostering clear communication, shared objectives, and disciplined execution across the formation. The Platoon leadership upheld unit standards, developed future leaders, managed multiple elements, and consistently led from the front during both combat and DMOS operations. Their influence and support have been vital to the development and professionalism of over 70 personnel, ensuring the unit remains at the forefront of excellence over the last 11 months of FTX and operations. Without their dedication, resilience, and focus, our Platoons and Company would not have achieved the current level of success we currently have seen. Each individual mentioned has made sacrifices that surpass the expectations of service within the unit, regardless of whether they were formally in position or temporarily fulfilling roles. This exemplifies their commitment to the 3rd ID Realism MILSIM. Through their adaptability, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence, SSG Nagy, SFC Ivanov, CW3 Lotus, OCS Fox, 2LT Byrd, and 2LT Duck have made a significant and positive impact on unit effectiveness, leadership cohesion, and mission success. Their actions reflect great credit upon themselves, the unit, and the United States Army, warranting the award of the Meritorious Service Medal.

April will be the busiest month we will have this year by far, with 13 events in total. Jager and Lotus rose up to the difficult task by attending 9 events each. This helped leadership with rifle requalifications, OSUTs, and creating a flowchart for the new Land Navigation. This month S3 also introduces a Quality Assurance system. After the test running the QA sheet, students during the month of April said only great things about Lotus and Jager. With this positive feedback ,Leadership continued to lean on these two to spearhead all requalifications and will continue to hold these two to the highest standards. These two show the highest amounts of professionalism, Integrity, initiative, organization, and most importantly for this DMOS Charisma. By showing all of these important skills, they're being awarded the JSCOM to show how hard they worked during this difficult month, and also show the other members of S3 that going above and beyond what is asked of you gets noticed by soldiers in the unit and leadership.
