Record Text
During Operation Egyptian Collapse, SPC T.Mansour has proven himself to be a reliable, knowledgeable and skillful CLS and Soldier, within Scorpions. During the campaign there were countless times where First Squad was having MassCas events left and right, due to overwhelming enemy forces, overwhelming artillery barrages or well planned enemy ambushes. The SPC managed to keep 90% of the team alive, regardless of the situation he found himself in. He managed to effectively fight off advancing enemies while simultaneously working on casualties from not only First Squad but often from other Squads as well. When he hears that another Squad is in dire need for medical assistance, he's the first to volunteer, and with his skills and experience he amassed during this campaign, he truly becomes a lifesaver for those in need, which is shown by his record of 90% of casualties, heavily and lightly wounded, to be saved. He also showed dedication to his team assisting wherever needed stepping up as Team Leader countless times when his Team Leader was unconscious, killed or away. SPC Mansour proficiency within his role as Combat Life Saver has saved the Squad and others countless times from certain wipe-out. He has demonstrated that he is skilled in whatever it is that is thrown at him and he has allowed First Squad to live in situations where they should have died. SPC Mansour continues to dedicate every free minute he has to the Unit, to learning and to improving himself, and is more than reliable as his role within his team and Squad.

Record Text
During Mission Scorpion, in the early phases of the push through the town of Marwey, Alpha Team became separated from Bravo Team and was rapidly being encircled by multiple squads of enemy infantry. With two members of Alpha incapacitated and the situation deteriorating, SPC T.Mansour moved under heavy fire to reach the nearest casualty. Exposing himself to enemy rounds from multiple directions, he rendered immediate first aid and successfully revived his teammate while fending off enemy fighters attempting to overrun their position. With no safe route and mounting pressure, SPC T.Mansour fought his way toward Bravo Team to reinforce their defensive line and provide additional aid and firepower. En route, the same casualty was struck and incapacitated a second time. Thinking quickly, SPC T.Mansour dragged his wounded teammate from an exposed position into a nearby building, establishing cover while continuing to engage and repel multiple advancing enemies. Despite the overwhelming odds, he again administered life-saving aid and revived his teammate a second time before leading a decisive push to rejoin Bravo Team. SPC T.Mansour’s courage, composure, and exceptional dedication under fire directly prevented the loss of a fellow soldier and ensured the survival and fighting effectiveness of the entire Scorpion element. His decisive actions and valorous performance under extreme enemy pressure reflect great credit upon himself and the 3rd Infantry Division.

During Shaping Operation 8, while the platoon was under heavy indirect fire and facing advancing enemy forces, PV2 T. Mansour repeatedly risked his life to provide lifesaving medical aid across multiple locations. In addition to treating the wounded, he defended both his patients and the medics beside him, shielding them with his own body while returning fire. Despite sustaining multiple injuries, he refused to leave the fight, continuing to stabilize the most critically wounded Soldiers. His courage, selflessness, and resilience under extreme conditions reflect great credit upon himself and the 3rd Infantry Division.
