During mission Benelux when the northern part of the front had to fall back, Right flank of 1st Squad was overwhelmed by enemies, 2 Soldiers went down and SPC was the only one standing. While engaged with enemies on his own, Hughson was also taking care of 2 casualties all by himself until the rest of the squad arrived. With his skills and knowledge SPC managed to save 2 soldiers and cover the flank. His expertise, knowledge, and dedication are in keeping with the highest military traditions and reflect great credit upon himself, First Platoon Widowmakers, Alpha Company Wareagles, and the 3rd Infantry Division.
