PFC Allen has on numerous occasions this month stepped up to fill the role of squad medic when Warlocks’ medic wasn’t able to attend drills and FTX. The Private performed excellent in this role with little to no direction needed from his superiors. The Privates initiative and skill are a testament to his squad, the Unit and the United States Army.

When he enlisted into 2nd platoon he was an extremely useful asset to his Fire Team. By always giving ideas to his leadership and giving feedback from training he's learned in real life proves he will continue to be useful. While he hasn't been in the unit long, he became friends with everyone and just fit right in with his fire team by lighting up the mood if he notices someone's frustrations. He finds ways to make himself more useful by experimenting with tactics or carrying less ammo to bring more equipment to help his teammates who he listens to their troubles. When he was an ammo bearer he was attached to the ATs hip, and he immediately understood the assignment. He also analysed how his fire team utilized their Anti tank, and since taking over that role has made it so he doesn't need much training and he just fits right into that position.

Hudson and Allen have been developing at a strong pace, showing an admirable willingness to learn and participate in discussions during squad drills, providing a fresh perspective and learning from more experienced members from the squad as well. In addition, they are both always eager and happy, even when missions aren’t going so smoothly. Through their ability to uplift the squad, and by demonstrating an excellent example of a soldier willing to put in the effort to improve themselves, they are being awarded this AAM.
