On the 29th of July in shaping effort 4 the entirety of Phoenix's leadership was down including my 2IC, as my 3IC Sadler took over the entire squad and made sure to let 31 know what was happening. SPC Sadler continued to lead the Squad, stepping up two positions until the SL and TLs came back into the fight. His expertise, knowledge, and dedication are in keeping with the highest military traditions and reflect great credit upon himself, First Platoon Widowmakers, Alpha Company Wareagles, and the 3rd Infantry Division.
