Recruiter - In March the Corporal developed a web based tool to help his fellow recruiters with some of our tasking in S1. This tool has been helpful to a good amount of his fellow recruiters. The Corporal created this tool on his own time without any direction from leadership. His initiative and skill is a testament to this shop, the unit and the United States Army.

during Mission Snow Angel, took an active role in the assault on at least three trench lines. While his fellow squad members were pushing through, he was bringing up the rear to keep their flanks secure and the other trenchline suppressed by communicating with the crew of the stryker. Without his efforts, the GMG fire would not have been as accurate at suppressing trench by trench. After completion, he was able to quickly provide medical aid to those that needed it, of which there were multiple severely wounded who passed out in the meantime. It is for this selfless lack of concern for personal safety over that of his comrades that I am recommending CPL P.Byrde for the Army Commendation Medal with V device.
