  • I know that when i was thinking about it, i looked back at the enlisted ranks of the US Army and i saw the Technician ranks which basically allowed people to still get ranks but not be in any leadership. The Specialist rank during Vietnam era was the same, but the Technician rank is something that stuck with me for ideas on having people still progress ranks but not being able to game but still provide to the unit.   • It is an interesting concept, one that i have thought about as well during the time i was retired and some time after it as well. While it could work, they would still need to gain knowledge and experience of how the unit works or how things are structured internally.While not actual military myself, i believe things like Human Resources and Maintenance in the military itself have positions for that as well (Human Resources Command springs to mind).   • If you are asking about actual games the 3rd Infantry Division milsim is supporting, it is currently only Arma 3/Arma Reforger. The unit has supported other games in the past, but those stopped being supported.
