Accidents
-Vehicle destroyed whilst clearing a small encampment for intel just South East of the Dismount point
-Mass Cass while trying to gain a visual on unknown amount and type of enemy contacts (taking fire at 3CAB) at the peak of one of the mountains in somewhere in the central of S2
-During the Mass Cass, PFC K.Rou found himself captured and our Squad net was compromised causing us to change our radio net to Charlie FT net
Areas of Strength
3rd Squad "Spartans" was very efficient in the use of our weaponry and reaction to leadership going down was well with the 2ic and the 3ic being very quick to hop on 31 and inform platoon that I was down.
Areas of Weakness
3rd Squad "Spartans" Had many weaknesses today. To begin They would wonder off alone, I'd have to call them back multiple times. My commands took several times to say before they were carried out. They were not giving good call outs or just none at all. When we would advance to positions, they would run in the open. They were slow to respond to contact. Many times, I'd have to Take the incentive to get anything done or else they would halfway do it or just look at me

Overall, very good from Platoon, just very sloppy from the squad.
Mission Summary
Alpha Company, First Platoon "Widowmakers" convoyed to Patrol Area Crag where they ran into contacts at the Dismount point. 3rd Squad "Spartans" along with 1st Squad "Scorpions" moved into S2 while under fire. 3rd Squad moved to the top of a hill to provide support for 1st. once we go to the top of the hill, 1st's Vehicle cooked off leaving them on foot. Cause of that, we were tasked to clear a small encampment where we took contacts and also lost our Vehicle leaving us on foot. We moved with 1st clearing the town proving support where we could. While moving between towns we were told to deal with contacts shooting at 3CAB and we suffered a mass cass and Rou got captured in the chaos. I full died so once I got back to them, we moved off the hill to find Rou where we eventually found him. We then oved to assist 1st in a mass cass. after that we moved to one end of the hill we were on and did support by fire for the platoon while they assaulted POI Cranny. After they cleared the town, we moved closer to the town and set up a position looking East. then 3CAB came and got us then we landed a base.
