Objectives
Alpha Company is ordered to move east from FOB Murphy to engage and destroy Russian logistics operations at Arshavino, Verhnee Vorontsovo, and Studenets. The village of Oblepikhino may also be occupied by Russian forces given its vicinity to other enemy positions. Objectives are as follows:
A) OBJ Nap Trap - Russian fuel, resupply, and barracks facilities at Arshavino
B) OBJ Cash Box - Enemy toll controlling movement in and out of the southern AO
C) OBJ Big Mama - Company-level HQ; reported hub of enemy logistics operation

Areas of Strength
The squad having an effective internal command structure knowing who the 2IC, 3IC, 4IC's are. This prevents issues on continuous radio communication and tactical command flow.
Areas of Weakness
Room clearing - An FTL threw a grenade during a room clearing operation upon being instructed that no explosives were to be used. As a result, a diplomat died during the engagement.

Mission Summary
While the rest of the platoon stepped off towards the most southern objective "Big Mama", 4th squad "Phoenix" was tasked to conduct a search and rescue operation for a UN helicopter that was shot down just South East of the the town of Dubionki. We were attached with Widowmaker 7 and Major J.Laflash and was inserted via a blackhawk to achieve the objective. Upon arriving to the crash site, we retrieved the body of 1 UN pilot. According to a UN force within the area that we were able to speak to, the helicopter had 3 occupants. 2x UN pilots and 1x Diplomat who's name was Emil.
We were then extracted by 3CAB and inserted to the area of operations to advance together with the platoon as intended towards objective "Big Mama". As 4th squad cleared towards the northern portion of the town, we were tasked to assign a fireteam as a block force for any possible hostiles that might come from the Western bridge. The rest of the squad then cleared the rest of the objective together with 1st squad that engaged with Russian special forces.
Upon clearing the area, the blocking fireteam on the bridge went on under the command of SSG C.Winters as they advanced on the southern part of the 2nd objective "CashBox" as I together with the Alpha fireteam hitched a ride with 1st squad towards the assault positions.
Upon arriving, 2nd squad and 4th squad Alpha fireteam assaulted the town and cleared the Eastern and Northern part of the town while the Bravo fireteam assaulted and cleared from the South with SSG C.Winters.
Upon clearing the town, we then mounted up in the medical Stryker as a squad and moved towards the 3rd objective "NapTap" and tried to setup an SBF position. Although due to the terrain and surrounding foliage, we were unable to do so which then made us becoming part of the assault element into the warehouses at the southern end of the objective. During the engagement, 4th squad "Phoenix" suffered a mass casualty which only left 3 team members within Phoenix up and running, but this did not hinder the 2 PFC's and the Squad Medic from loosing radio communications as the they had continued to assume squad command responsibility and kept the radio communication flowing.
When everybody from 4th squad was medically treated and was operationally ready, we were tasked to secure the warehouses until 1st and 3rd squad moved up and cleared the town further.
We were then extracted by 3CAB and returned to the FOB for debrief.
