    After action report

    Objectives:

    Sweep for enemy forces and neutralize them

    Accidents:

    Ghosts' vic hit an IED/mine during the initial convoy. Several MCI during the mission. Squad wipe during final assault (1 survivor from 4 members)

    Areas of Strength:

    Good improvement on team movement, formations, and SBF. Good usage of smoke cover during assaults. The team showed great flexibility when dealing with the shortage of manpower and being without a squad medic.

    Areas of Weakness:

    Convoy procedures and identification of threats while moving with the Stryker. Comms during the convoy. Several MCI incidents, but that was an generalized issue, not specific to 2nd Squad during this Mission.

    Suggested Improvements:

    Keep drilling and review convoy procedures. Stress the importance of working in buddy teams (both for safety/medical purposes as to firepower-wise) and the importance of staying combat-capable throughout the mission for the fire team members.

    Overall Outcome:

    Positive

    Summary:

    Lost two squad members during the session. One due to connection issues and other due to his schedule (previously informed to the team).
