Warrant Officer Hall has shown great skills during Operation Roman Empire. The Warrant is the sole reason 3CAB hasn’t lost their Lakota during said mission. WO1 Hall took command several times in a row of his and his pilot’s aircraft when the Pilot experienced a catastrophic game failure. The Warrant was mere inches away each time from either hitting a tree or the plain ground itself. Additionally to this fast reaction time, the Warrant has saved his stand-in, Pilot, 1LT N.Cooper numerous times from AAA fire as well as Manpad missiles by giving clear evade instructions as well as clear direction from where the threat was coming from, again mere inches away from death. Warrant Officer Hall is more than deserving of this medal, not only for saving millions of tax dollars from burning away in Finland but also for saving his pilots' lives. Awarded with V device.
