Advanced Leadership Course 26-02

On August 15th @ 1000 EST, the Command Staff will be hosting an Advanced Leadership Course for all qualified Sergeants and Staff Sergeants. This is a one day 3 to 4 hours course. Attendance of the full course is required. The slot limit is 10 for each time this course is hosted. You must be signed by 1000 EST on 12 August 2026.

This course focuses on leadership and technical skills required to prepare soldiers selected for promotion to Staff Sergeant to effectively lead squad and platoon sized units. The ALC covers Army Leadership, After Action Review, Leadership Principles, Battlemind, and other discussion topics.

Qualifications:

• Rank of E-5 (Sergeant) or higher
• Hold a slot of Squad Leader or higher (In certain scenarios, the main Instructor can invite an E-5 SGT that is a FTL and 2IC of a Squad to participate as well)
• Assigned to a Duty Military Occupational Specialty (DMOS)
• Graduate of Warrior Leadership Course
• Writing utensil and paper needed
• Can make predetermined class times

Requirements:

• Watch the ALC videos in the ALC channel of Discord prior to the course start
• Graduated Warrior Leadership Course and have completed all New Soldier Training modules (Entry and Intermediate Level Training) (If you already graduated WLC and sent the tests in the past, you don't have to send them again.)
• Undivided attention for the entirety of the course.
• Pass inspection of your website uniform (will be given one re-inspection upon failing - Note: You will not be told what you failed on, It's up to you to inspect your uniform and put any updates as needed)
