For the Egyptian Collapse mission CPL has taken Assistant Platoon medic role and was proving time after time his worth as a medic. There wasn't a single operation where the corporal didn't put the lives of his comrades above his own, didn't carry soldiers under heavy fire, taking command of CCPs and helping people to stay alive and continue their mission. With his high medical skill levels and dedication to his job CPL proved time after time that he is the right man for this job. Without his help 1st Platoon wouldn't be where it is right now.

During Shaping Operation 9 SPC was with 1st Platoon HQ when it got under heavy fire from enemy IFV and several squads of infantry. With PL down and only him and PSG up, SPC established CCP while under heavy fire. When a friendly squad of reinforcements arrived, they all went down to enemy counter attack and SPC, without wasting a second, took AT4 from one of the downed soldiers and took down enemy IFV. After that he helped PSG to drag everyone to CCP and during constant attacks from Egyptian forces he managed to bring back to life almost every member of the friendly squad and Platoon HQ. Due to the efficiency of SPC Meadows 10 members of 1st Platoon survived and were able to repel enemy advances in the area contributing to the mission's success.
