Warrior Leadership Course (WLC)

On 15th and 16th of March 2025, the First Sergeant will be hosting a Warrior Leaders Course for all qualified Specialists, Corporals and Sergeants. This is a two day course, and attendance on both days is required. There will be 10 slots available each quarter this course is hosted. You must be signed by 2359 EDT (11:59 pm) on 12 MAR 2025.

Warrior Leaders Course (Basic Leader Course) is the first leadership course Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) attend. It teaches Specialists, Corporals and Sergeants the basic skills to lead small groups of Soldiers. This course is in an out-of-game training environment conducted through Discord and PowerPoint, with discussion sessions. Topics covered include conflict resolution, developing subordinates, building effective teams, and leadership fundamentals. This course is a prerequisite for the Advanced Leadership Course!

Day 1: Saturday March 15th 2025 @ 1300 - 1500 EDT

Day 2: Sunday March 16th 2025 @ 1300 - 1500 EDT

US Daylight Savings start on March 9th 2025 at 2 am, times above are already in EDT instead of EST. Make sure you consider the one hour difference depending on where you live, before signing up!

Requirements:

Watch the videos in the WLC channel of TeamSpeak prior to taking the exam,
Submit the WLC Entrance Exam and complete all New Soldier Training Modules (Entry and Intermediate Level Training). The text in red are links, click them and complete the required tests first before signing up in the course. Failing to send the required training modules and WLC exam will nullify your sign up.
Ensure you are in both our Teamspeak and Discord server for voice and screen sharing,
Be prepared for both classes to last ~2 hours.
