During the leadership change in Scorpions with SSG Ivanov becoming the new platoon sergeant and SGT Ohwo moving into the Squad Leader position, SPC Jager has shown the ability to take up more workload and continue improving with his own skills while also taking in members of the Bravo Fireteam that were left without a team leader in the change of leadership. The SPC continues to show his own selfless service to the Squad, assisting in squad drills, teaching classroom portions of combat drills, as well as assisting in the leadership changes that have happened within the month of May. SPC Jager continues to prove he is worthy of the leadership position he is in and proves his knowledge and reliability repeatedly, keeping in the high honor and traditions within the 3rd infantry division.

April will be the busiest month we will have this year by far, with 13 events in total. Jager and Lotus rose up to the difficult task by attending 9 events each. This helped leadership with rifle requalifications, OSUTs, and creating a flowchart for the new Land Navigation. This month S3 also introduces a Quality Assurance system. After the test running the QA sheet, students during the month of April said only great things about Lotus and Jager. With this positive feedback ,Leadership continued to lean on these two to spearhead all requalifications and will continue to hold these two to the highest standards. These two show the highest amounts of professionalism, Integrity, initiative, organization, and most importantly for this DMOS Charisma. By showing all of these important skills, they're being awarded the JSCOM to show how hard they worked during this difficult month, and also show the other members of S3 that going above and beyond what is asked of you gets noticed by soldiers in the unit and leadership.

On February 1st, these individuals hosted a practice OSUT in order "to become proficient in teaching and instructional procedures". These cadre also helped leadership by coming up with vital ideas for how OSUTs can be run better and come up with solutions to common problems. Having cadre in S3 that are willing to improve themselves, strategize, and get to know the other staff in their shop are extremely vital in this DMOS.

SPC Jager has been filling in the Alpha Team Leader position while his team leader is on a Leave of Absence, and he continues to show he is a valuable member of the squad day in and day out with his unwavering support to those in his squad. The SPC is always ready to help wherever needed and shows that by filling in the roles he needs while his team leader is out, as well as always being ready for the next order, and being able to transition to the Squad Leader role in the event of his Squad Leader going down . The SPC has developed a wealth of knowledge in leading a team and shows great potential to be the next Team Leader within Scorpions and should be awarded for his unwavering dedication and skill.
