On February 1st, these individuals hosted a practice OSUT in order "to become proficient in teaching and instructional procedures". These cadre also helped leadership by coming up with vital ideas for how OSUTs can be run better and come up with solutions to common problems. Having cadre in S3 that are willing to improve themselves, strategize, and get to know the other staff in their shop are extremely vital in this DMOS.

SPC Jager has been filling in the Alpha Team Leader position while his team leader is on a Leave of Absence, and he continues to show he is a valuable member of the squad day in and day out with his unwavering support to those in his squad. The SPC is always ready to help wherever needed and shows that by filling in the roles he needs while his team leader is out, as well as always being ready for the next order, and being able to transition to the Squad Leader role in the event of his Squad Leader going down . The SPC has developed a wealth of knowledge in leading a team and shows great potential to be the next Team Leader within Scorpions and should be awarded for his unwavering dedication and skill.

Throughout the month of November, SPC Jager has been extremely helpful with the new members to first squad when it comes to questions or needing help with keybinds or even with setting up new kits for the newer members of the squad. Even without a leadership role, the SPC has proved that he is able to take some of the load off of the team leaders and squad leader and help get the newer or returning members to fighting standards and deserves to be recognized for it.

11B1H (Range Safety Officer) - SPC Jäger joined FIG in the month of November and in this first month of his stay in the DMOS, already went above and beyond his duties in FIG, surpassing the attendance requirement by 4.
