SGT Starling’s dedication to perfecting his craft has enabled long term sustainment of First Platoon during the entirety of the Northern Lights Campaign. His actions are often not seen by many but often affect them. Promptly delivering supplies where they’re needed to prolong the fight. Communicating fire missions with higher headquarters to eliminate hard targets enabling the Platoon additional maneuverability. And surveying and communicating with 3CAB on exfil and infiltration sites allowing hasty deployment and exfiltration for the Platoon. These actions are in keeping with the finest traditions of the 3rd Infantry Division Realism Unit and the United States Army.

I recommend SGT Starling for an Army Achievement Award for his actions in Operation Stoneless Kingdom for his actions as the FO for Widowmakers Platoon. SGT Starling used multiple Artillery missions and 3CAB assets to eliminate enemy armor and IDF assets prior to Widomakers arrival to OBJ Tokyo. His actions led to the destruction of a Mortar Platoon, two enemy T-90 A's, and at least two BRM-1K Reconnaissance BMP’s. His expertise, knowledge, and dedication are in keeping with the highest military traditions and reflect great credit upon himself, First Platoon Widowmakers, Alpha Company Wareagles, and the 3rd Infantry Division.
