During Mission Snow Angel, SGT Q.Clayton stepped up to lead 3rd Squad in the absence of his squad leader. His care for his men regardless of the personal danger he found himself lead to a successful seizing action against multiple trench lines where he lead from the front. Despite severe wounds, going down only once, he was able to direct his fireteams in conjunction with one another to take control across the western half of the airfield alongside 4th squad Phoenix. In this, his team suffered Zero KIA and he was able to direct swift medical aid. His results speak for him in this matter as he continues to bring great credit upon himself, 3rd squad Spartans, and the 3rd Infantry Division.

CPL Clayton shows great service to FIG once again by attending numerous events, always dedicated to teach and help our new soldiers through OSUT and also other FIG courses. Not only that but for the month of August, the CPL went above and beyond, attending 4 times more than the minimum requirement set by FIG. His exemplary performance reflects great credit upon himself, Force Improvement Group and the 3rd Infantry Division Realism Unit.
