During Mission Candyland, SSG Ivanov was acting PSG alongside SSG Nicholas and SFC Marsh, while Platoon Staff alongside CPL Ohwo from 1st Squad, were in the process of pulling back towards the main city for a defensive position when SSG Ivanov was run over by a friendly, SSG Nicholas was able to transport him to a nearby building where SSG Ivanov was quickly rendered aid and brought back to his feet where he immediately got up and began firing at two fresh sets of paratroopers that were dropped about 300 meters from Platoon Staff’s position. SSG Ivanov was able to take out just enough of the paratroopers so 1st Squad could remain on the nearby rooftop of the building without taking direct sustained fire.
