Throughout the early parts of Operation Northern Lights, Swoop acted as a consistent sturdy base for others to lean on within the team, providing a measured perspective and being dependable in giving expertly timed advice for other members of the platoon. Following a demand for new leadership in Warlocks, Swoop answered the call in the time of need and stepped up to learn this new role. His dedication to overcoming difficulties, and his flawless understanding of when and where to point out mistakes in a training environment, has made him an invaluable asset to the platoon, and has been instrumental in Warlocks’ flourishing. For his determination, support and service, he has earned himself this ARCOM.
