During Mission Candyland, SPC Brewer was deployed on support by fire defending objective Holly. While providing overwatch with his M240, Brewer spotted a KA-52 moving over the MSR toward the objective. He immediately acquired a nearby Javelin missile launcher, locked onto target, and destroyed it before it could cause further harm. His swift actions saved any number of lives and brings great credit upon himself, 3rd Squad Spartans, Alpha Company, and the 3rd Infantry Division.

PFC Brewer has been here a short time, however, in that time he has been instrumental in the further development of the 3rd Squad’s combat readiness, he is always there when he is needed and always willing to step up and help out. His team-first mentality brings great credit upon himself, 3rd Squad “Spartans”, and the 3rd Infantry Division.
