Despite his chaotic work schedule limiting him in his attendance, he has proved he is crucial to the Squad with his knowledge and ability to flex into any role that is needed. There are many days where a member in a role that is necessary to the success of the squad is out for the day or weekend and SPC Kidon would be the first person to offer to flex into that role for the benefit of the team or squad. SPC Kidon would flex from being a Javelin gunner on one Sunday to being a CLS the next weekend, to even a Squad Medic the next weekend if the Squad Medic was just going to be late to the Operation. Showing his experience as the longest serving member in Scorpions, as he quickly and easily flexes into positions the Squad requires that given day. SPC Kidon shows immense skill and aptitude in many roles and positions and is a crucial part to the success of Scorpions.

During Ranger Mission Cleopatra, SPC Kidon was assigned as a fireteam member within Red Squad. Prior to stepping off the Squad Leader for Red Squad was not able to make it. SPC Kidon stepped up to the task swiftly, assuming the role of squad leader for Red Squad. SPC Kidon was crucial to the planning phase, providing critical insight and stellar tactical planning. Showing that he is the definition of a Ranger. He led the squad into the mission, communicated all information soundly, and provided great leadership. His actions, tactical planning, and leadership were paramount to the mission success.

SPC Kidon in the month of June, played a vital role in making sure that the new BMO team members were onboarded and integrated smoothly. He offered guidance to SGT Poynor and SPC Koe, and also responded to most of their questions with clarity and precision. The SPC made sure to review all initial BMO requests they've sent to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. On top of that, SPC Kidon went the extra mile by sharing his screen to talk about tips and techniques, which really boosted the efficiency and confidence of the new Roster Maintenance Specialists personnel. His extensive knowledge and eagerness to mentor others are crucial for the smooth and effective functioning of BMO.
