For exceptional work and dedication to the unit as the Senior Enlisted Leader within the 3rd ID MILSIM unit for Calendar year 2025. 1SG Garcia was the engine that ensured the unit was running at full efficiency and the glue that kept the entire system together. 1SG Garcia served as a mentor for over 40 enlisted personnel, advisor for up to 10 commissioned officers/ warrant officers, and the sound board for 30 NCO’s, serving as an example for over 70 Soldiers within the unit. He upheld the standard across the unit, exemplified all qualities of a strong leader, and displayed knowledge and management of a multitude of personalities over the past year. 1SG Garcia is a top quality leader that has shown his dedication to the units success at a level that surpasses any other member within the unit. He is an example to follow and a leader to trust. 1SG Garcia has made a significant and positive impact on unit effectiveness, leadership cohesion, and mission success.
