Bjurek’s development over the deployment has been perhaps the most transformative of all of the second platoon. His willingness to try different roles in the squad and fill in where needed, as well as opening up to the rest of the squad and being much more social has been an excellent progression to see unfold, and it is only through his own hard work and dedication that he has achieved this. For his dedication to personal improvement, and setting an excellent example, he deserves this AAM.
