I would like to invite all E5 Sergeants within our unit to join me Saturday Feb 19th at 0930EST on Teamspeak. I will be holding a sensing session with this select group of NCOs. If you are not an E5 no worries, your time will come. Any and all E5s that wish to attend please RSVP. No one outside those that RSVP will be authorized to attend.
What is an army sensing session?
Sensing (or feedback) sessions gather grass-roots feedback from sub-populations (soldiers outside CSTAFF) in our organization seeing problems through the lens of other our people. Sensing sessions can help us steer our organization better and create better environments for the people who serve in them. Ideally this will be the time to bring questions you may have to myself. This event falls within our open doors policy and this give me a time to interact with a core of individuals that are the backbone of our unit.
