    Mission Summary

    ARCOM W/C Device- I recommend SGT Garcia for ARCOM with C device for his heroism in Operation Long Haul. During this operation, SGT Garcia (without his assistant medic) was able to manage and sustain the Platoon through 6 total Mass Casualties. Without his skill in the position, Widowmakers would not have been able to continue mission. His dedication, expertise, and presence are in standing of the Army, 3rd ID Milsim unit, and War Eagle Company.
