    A.Cruze
    Start: 05/01/21 19:00
    End: 05/01/21 21:00
    After action report

    Objectives:

Support 1st Platoon "Windowmakers" Via Aviation.

    Accidents:

    None Available.

    Areas of Strength:

The reaction times for all of today's included tasks were amazingly low. The members quickly jump into action whenever they were called upon. Once they were starting their cold calls they performed the tower requests almost like second hand nature.

    Areas of Weakness:

I did not witness any areas, nor did Chief Paxton in any areas that we deemed to be a weakness. We will continue to observe and train.

    Suggested Improvements:

Remedial Flight Training and heavy transportation training. This is mainly because we are currently doing these types of tasks quite often.

    Overall Outcome:

    Positive

    Summary:

The 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade has been doing exceptionally well over the last few weeks. Since the initial operation that brought us into Operation Silver Guardian I have noticed increased skills in all areas that we train.  We started this operation with the transport of 4x strikers and personnel to be inserted via CH-47 to Camp Silver Dagger. From that moment on we were tasked to deliver 3x Stryker outside of the initial requests due to damaged assets on behalf of 1st Platoon Widowmakers. Towards the end of the operation Callsign Viper, piloted by Chief Beaudoin  and gunned by Chief Inka was brought off station to recon and small village at the request of Callsign Punchline. Viper was cleared to engage the any all all contacts in the area resulting in 3 destroyed technicals and a small squad sized element. Aside from these tasks we inserted 11 infantry personnel via Callsign Stallion.
