    Objectives:

    Provide aerial recon and overwatch

    Accidents:

    Damaged viper from hostile AA

    Areas of Strength:

    Calling out contacts Identifying hostile movements against supported elements

    Areas of Weakness:

    Engaging hostiles too close to friendly base, resulting in light blu-blu.

    Suggested Improvements:

    Give support detachments more opportunities to 'soften up' hostile advances and positions before the main force moves in.

    Overall Outcome:

    Positive

    Summary:

    Viper was deployed to the AO approx 30 mins after mission start and  supported the platoon with recon, as well calling out hostiles moving against friendly positions.
