Capture, Destroy known enemy positions, establish contact with the locals 

Accidents

An AT4 was used to take down a BMP which was danger close, unfortunately the operator of the AT4 had to fire before his back-blast was clear to prevent the BMP rounding the corner and killing the entire squad, this resulted in one friendly getting knocked out.

Target designation, communication both up to platoon and in the squad.

Vehicle operation, attendance.

Suggested Improvements

Get my guys trained up on the operation of both the vehicle and long range radio and radio protocols, understand the underlying issue of the low attendance.

Mission Summary

The platoon convoyed to checkpoint, and set up, second squad moved it and once they established a foothold first squad moved in to support, we held off an enemy counter attack, after that we moved to OBJ weird, fourth squad established contact with local militia, and they gave info on a hostile encampment. Platoon cleared it with relative ease, and then moved to OBJ Strange, where we setup on a radio tower and provided over watch for the platoon, at this point we linked up with third squad and proceeded to clear the east side of OBJ Strange. Then we were tasked with recovering our vehicles with second squad, arriving at the vehicle location we were ambushed but managed repel it and proceeded to pick up the rest of the platoon and drive to OBJ suspicious. It was shortly established that the objective was not hostile and the platoon retuned to base.
