    Objectives

    Movements and Formations, Squad SOP's, React to Ambush (Near), Rural and Urban Patrols

    Areas of Strength

    Focus and teaching from the Squad members was fantastic to have. Attendance was alot higher as well.

    Areas of Weakness

    Attendance from the more Senior members was low and will need to be improved in the future.

    Suggested Improvements

    Continue to push new members through training schools as well as influence all members to keep attending ops.

    Mission Summary

    The Squad got to see how formations should look from AI, ran into the formations as a Squad and practiced in an isolated environment. From there we talked over React to Near Ambush and stepped off on the Rural and Urban Patrols. We moved to OBJ Halo (small town) and was hit with a Near Ambush where the Squad reacted well to the contact. We then cleared the Town with 1 person going down total while fighting a Platoon of personnel and a counter attack of armed technical and a mounted Squad. Great overall enthusiasm from the Squad and attendance was much better. Also a majority of the new members signed up for CLS and ARCC.
