    Objectives

    1st Platoon will be starting the joint training with the Polish forces this week. We have sent over 1st and 2nd squad while they have given us two squads to fill our ranks. 

    For this week 1st platoon will move to 188 Training Post and conduct a classroom session where the basics of Frontal Attacks will be explained. Then OBJ Towels will be the practical part of this training. 

    Then we will move back to 188 Training Post where 1st platoon will have it's second classroom session. The theory this time will be Penetration.  OBJ Paper is the practical part for this training. 

    After both practical portions 1st platoon will, if there is time, apply both new trainings in one last assault on a town. 

    Accidents

    Arma issues in the game caused a few vic and personnel issues. Overall it was not to much of an issue

    Areas of Strength

    The Squad was tenacious in their advance as they pushed through Objectives. Their resiliency was on point and aggressive. Our Squad was able to sustain wounded personnel and continue the mission as well as flex personnel around to assist other squads as necessary.

    Areas of Weakness

    The implementation of vehicles in overall Squad movement needs work as well as overall buddy aid training.

    Suggested Improvements

    Continue to push our buddy aid and personnel movement. We were effective but could always use more work on it. As for the Platoon training objectives, i just want to express that penetration is a Division tactic. Its very hard to incorporate it below a division or Brigade level. We do need to communicate more between Squads at times to ensure PID is accounted for going forward.

    Mission Summary

    Scorpions initiated movement to the Training post 118. Although we encountered an invincible wooden barrier and were arma'd pretty hard. Once we moved from that we conducted classroom instruction on frontal attack. We then conducted a frontal attack on OBJ Towel where Scorpions pushed in and secured a foothold in S1 and established a CCP. Once we secured S1 we were tasked to clear buildings south of the OBJ while the rest of the platoon finished their objectives. Once that was finished the Platoon then conducted instruction on Penetration and then conducted penetration on OBJ Paper and established a CCP for the Platoon at the first building. Once we were back up we pushed and set up the Blocking position on the West. Once established we cleared the bunker system and sent personnel over to assist Phoenix with their MASS Cas situation.
