    Medical Training/ CLS (Medic/SL)- Basic medical, when to do it, scenarios of who is in charge when. 
    Break Contact (Alpha) When we do it, why we do it, how we do it
    TLP's (SL)- Our orders of priority when we stop, when we move, etc.

    Areas of Strength

    Expertise and attention to detail within the squad on formations and Linear Danger Areas was very on point. The Squad did very well running through the live fire portion and taking prior knowledge to run through the lane. 

    Areas of Weakness

    We have had alot of discharges the past few weeks due to various issues within the platoon and server. I am trying to prevent people from people leaving but we really need to address these issues during the NCO meeting.

    Suggested Improvements

    Continue to work on attendance. Moral seems to be low and it is starting to be present on alot of people all across the squad.
