    Mission Summary

    The platoon convoyed to the north side of the area of operations and crossed the bridge at Ruha. They quickly noticed that the other side of the bridge was heavily booby trapped with multiple IEDs. Additionally, 3cab intel suggested the enemy had set up an ambush. The platoon held just past the bridge and counter-ambushed the enemies waiting in the forests.

    The platoon then proceeded from north to south, checking all the locations for AA or artillery. Meanwhile, 3CAB took care of 2 artillery positions on the west. Squads were bounding from forest to forest, clearing along the way. Progress was steady and despite some casualties, the platoon had minimal fatal casualties.
