On the March 19th 1918, the United States released a Standard Time act starting the tradition of Daylight savings time, but it was truly cemented on April 13th 1966, when the Uniform Time Act was enacted that Daylight Savings Time shall start on last sunday of April and shall end on last sunday of october, both at 0200 local. This was amended several times, latest during Energy policy act of 2005 by moving the start of DST on second sunday in March and end of DST on first sunday in November as well 0200 local, where it remains today.

Soldier´s you are hereby reminded that on November 5th at 0200 to rewind your clock by 1 hour and shall be expected to be on time for our operation without any excuses!
