Happy New year soldiers!

The year 2023 is behind us and so with it our 20th anniversary and Operation Crimson sand, altough most of you have had holidays which you spent with friends and families, or playing together Antistasi, Ready or Not, Men of War Assault Squad 2 and other games with your fellow soldiers. Generally it were leisurely times for many of you, but the cogs of the unit cannot stop turning even during holidays and some of your superiors spent the entire exodus doing unit work, from RRO brining in one recruit after the other, Intell fixing the server issues on their free time or Cstaff like MSG Garcia, OCS Babol and other Cstaff members and for that We would like to thank you for what you did during this exodus.

Looking ahead, the First Quarter of 2024 promises to be significant. With exodus behind us, increased activity and intensive training await. Warrior Leadership Course, Advanced Leadership Course, Air Assault & Airborne School, and a continued focus on field training exercises are on the agenda. From Command Staff to our newest soldier, it will take a collective effort to chart the path to success in 2024. I eagerly anticipate the months ahead and envision a successful year for our unit, pushing the boundaries of the 3rd Infantry Division Realism unit history.
