"Does being 1 out of 100 people in an army make you feel small and useless?" - "No, because that guy about 200 meters away that everyone was trying to shoot; all 100 of them, yeah: I killed him."

HEY. HAPPY BIRTHDAY. :)
"You can't lead from the back and you can't lead from the side, you've got to be with them and in front of them and you have to lead them everywhere they go. To do that physically, you're setting an example. That is lifelong lessons learned, and it's something we'll carry with us forever," - Lt. Col. Shawn Underwood, 4th Ranger Training Battalion Commander
Its difficult to accomplish goals when there are walls. Its distorts your view of whats on the other side, it taunts you with lies, and forces you outside your comfort zone. So pull up your big boy pants and get over that wall! The impossible doesn't stop at the wall, it stops with you. You stop yourself from accomplishing your objective. So Get outside. DO PT. And break down that wall!
Leaders are accountable. They don’t blame others, they don’t claim credit for the success of their team, and they always accept responsibility for failures that occur on their watch. Most of all, leaders are accountable to their team. Leaders not accountable to their team will eventually be held accountable by their team.
