    November Ceremony

    Driving Thunder
    Situation
Prior to Alpha Company's destruction of the Russian logistical operation south of Dubionki, remnants of the Russian 2nd Motorized Rifle Battalion and Tank Battalion (27th SGMRB) with attached Spetsnaz team moved into positions east-northeast of Beketov. Intelligence indicates that enemy forces are preparing to seize the city with the help of civilian willing supporters. Given that Russian stocks of replacement fuel and ammunition have been eliminated, the enemy has little choice but to move into the city and fortify. Enemy aerial resupply and airborne drops are a potentiality.
S-2 has confirmed a T-80 tank platoon and mechanized/motorized infantry equipped with BTR-82s and BMP-3s in the AO . Armed civilians have also been observed building roadblocks in the city.
    Mission
Alpha Company is ordered to conduct a combined arms assault on the city of Beketov. In coordination with elements of the Canadian 2nd Mechanized Brigade Group, which is moving to establish blocking positions northwest and west of the city, counter-attack Russian and militia forces in OBJ Steel Shadow. Occupy and secure the city.
NOTE: Company-level authorization is required for CAS inside the objective area (OBJ Steel Shadow) due to risk of collateral damage.

    Patrol #16
    Situation
Last week, Alpha Company all but wiped out the advance elements of the Russian 1st Guards Tank Army and 27th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade in Beketov City. Enemy losses have been overwhelming, but collateral damages have once again become a serious concern to NATO leadership and the Lithuanian people.
First Platoon has been directed to conduct a presence patrol to root out remaining Russian forces and improve the image of the US Army in-country. This includes distributing humanitarian aid to villages suffering from supply chain disruptions.
    Mission
First Platoon “Widowmakers” is ordered to move to Beketov City Hall to meet with mayor Andreas Stroganovich. Platoon HQ will transfer a cash aid supplement to the mayor in order to facilitate rapid rebuilding of the city.
Once this is complete, First Platoon will split into sections to patrol OBJ Kid Gloves and OBJ Charmer, clearing any residual Russian forces. In the absence of enemy contacts, distribute aid to civilians and work to improve good will between Lithuanians and Americans. Civilians could potentially have information on enemy forces in the area.
3CAB “Falcons” is ordered to transport 3x HMMWV from FOB Murphy to the Beketov Stadium (OBJ Torch Bearer)  for use by NATO security forces. Once this is complete, air elements will provide overwatch and support to ground forces.

    Melted Glass
    Situation
Third Infantry Division’s 2nd IBCT "Spartans" has redeployed to Northern Lithuania in support of NATO operations against Russian forces in Chernarus County. With the Russian southern pincer destroyed, enemy commanders within the northern armored pincer have redoubled their efforts to push toward Vilnius, attacking aggressively toward the NATO-held regional airbase.
At the same time, friendly forces are preparing to counter-attack the Russians. With the influx of additional NATO troops from Canada and Turkey, allied forces are setting conditions to bulldoze the Russian army back across the border.
There is much work still to be done, but the collapse of the Russian southern pincer marks a turning point in the conflict. If NATO forces can stop the remaining enemy forces in Chernarus, it may be the beginning of the end of the war.
    Mission
Alpha Company “War Eagles” is ordered to conduct an air assault against Russian positions in the vicinity of Petrovka Nuclear Power Plant.
OBJ Corium is a Russian FOB housing an infantry platoon from 2nd Battalion, 752nd Guards Motor Rifle Regiment. Serving as a security contingent for the power plant, these forces must be destroyed prior to an assault on Petrovka.
OBJ Trinitite is a Lithuanian nuclear power plant seized by the Russian army. Clear the site of enemy forces to secure the regional power grid and prevent damage to the facilities.
OBJ Zircaloy is a Russian forward position holding a recon element of the 252nd Guards Motor Rifle Stalingrad-Korsun Regiment. Destroy this force to blind the enemy along the north-south highway leading into the country. 3CAB “Falcons” is ordered to destroy Russian targets in support of the Platoon’s assault. Clear a path through enemy armored and mechanized formations for ground forces to exploit. Provide insert/reinsert and logistical support as needed.

    Patrol #17
    Situation
After securing Petrovka Nuclear Power Plant and neutralizing a Russian reconnaissance outpost north of the Chernarus airport, Alpha Company began digging in at a forward position captured during the mission. NATO forces, including the Lithuanian Iron Wolf Mechanized Infantry Brigade, Turkish 3rd Armored Brigade, and Canadian 2nd Mechanized Brigade Group, are forming to conduct a massive counter-attack against Russian forces north of the airport.
Leaders of the European Union have responded angrily to reports that a tactical nuclear missile was recovered from Russian forces by US Army Rangers. NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg warned that Moscow is placing Europe on the brink of mass destruction.
In Moscow, Russian President Putin denied that Russian forces had any nuclear missiles outside the country, stating the country’s atomic arsenal was strictly defensive in nature. He went on to accuse Lithuania of staging photos and video of a Tochka missile launcher by using a surplus Soviet model armed with a conventional fragmentation warhead.
The Russian 237th Tank Regiment and 2x under-strength infantry battalions of the 252nd Guards Motor Rifle Stalingrad-Korsun Regiment hold the mountain highway leading into Chernarus County. However, the Russian supply line is showing signs of collapse. No further Russian vehicles have crossed the county line in several days, and the enemy has seemingly abandoned several depots north of our area of operations.
    Mission
S-2 has uncovered detailed intelligence on the enemy forces remaining in Chernarus County. Russian President Putin has personally ordered 3rd Motor Rifle Division commander Major General Sergei Yakov to hold the line in Chernarus County, allegedly threatening a court martial if he or his forces retreat. MG Yakov has been designated an HVT for capture by NATO HQ.
Alpha Company is ordered to patrol east of the MSR leading north out of the county. While NATO armor and mechanized infantry elements conduct a drive north from the airport, make contact with Russians positions at OBJs Adze, Bulldozer, and Crusher to divert enemy forces from the main allied push.
OBJ Adze is a forward position supporting Russian armor in the area. In addition to troops, it contains a supply depot with fuel, weapons, and ammo.
OBJ Bulldozer is a Russian communications position with radio and satellite network hubs. The position is the center of 3rd Motor Rifle Division communications.
OBJ Crusher is a Russian defensive strongpoint overwatching the highway leading into Chernarus County. Destroy this position to drive enemy forces out of the area. General Instructions
