• Add the ability to select multiple groups to notify on PAR submission/approval/denial.

• Added a rank promotion progress block to a personnel file - displaying a bar graph with percentage towards next promotion rank.
• Added ability to enable/disable each block within a personnel file.
• Integrated IPB's native API protocol allowing you to build your own custom applications by integrating with PERSCOM's large dataset.
• Implemented additional measures to protect integrity of source code.
• If promotion points are enabled, you may now view them within the ACP rank list without having to click on the individual rank to view the promotion points.
• Added ability for PERSCOM to automatically subtract a rank's promotion points from a soldier's total promotion points when they are promoted to that rank.

• Fixed a small bug in which the default settings for the custom solder row were incorrect. This resulted in the soldier list not containing a link to individual personnel files.

• Customize the soldier list, add/remove fields, re-order or add your own custom profile fields.
• The soldier personnel file list can now be customized to display how you'd like. You can now also include custom fields in a row.
• Applications can now be processed and accepted in one step.
• Added a graceful error page when trying to open application without being logged in.
• Added an optional member column to the Soldier's ACP table to show the linked forum member account for the soldier.
• Promotion points can now be added when filing an award.
• Promotion points are logged in the ACP when adding or subtracting from a soldier.

• When editing an award service record, the award drop down now properly populates.

• Conformed to IPS 4.4.0 coding standards by calling all native PHP functions from the root namespace.

• Created a patch to fix a bug in IPS 4.4.0 with text editors preventing you to save objects such as ranks, awards, documents, units etc.

• Added a table wrap CSS class to soldier ACP table to prevent rows from extending past the table boundaries.

• Advanced soldier search within the ACP is now more comprehensive. Filters can now be set to "All" to broaden search capabilities. Added promotion points filter and modified firstname/lastname filter constraints.

• Removed ability to copy custom field entries until a bug in IPS source code is fixed.
