Features:

• Added ability to report in on operation center when a report in notification has already been sent (#10)

• Soldier sheet is now generated based on "combat unit" and includes all personnel assigned to that unit in a more comprehensive table,
• Unit sheet no longer allows selection of combat units. For combat unit sheets, use soldier sheet instead.

• Awards can now have a citation. Citations can be attached to a medal through the "Award Soldier" button in ACP.

Bugfixes:

• Fix PERSCOM bug when doing an assignment record for soldiers that have no administrative positions, their forum usergroups now reflect the assignment record changes.
