      2LT C.Winters has become 2nd platoon Leader
      SSG J.Duck has become 1ST Platoon Sergeant

      Holidays exodus begins 18th December and ends 2nd January, with Ceremony happening on 7th January, thus Squad reports due dates will be moved up.

      Force Improvement Training Classes:
      December 10th - Airborne school
      December 16th - Winters 24 hours of pain (ranger)

      The Alpha Company Award Ceremony is a special occasion once a month to allow the unit commander to honor recipients who have been recognized for their accomplishments while assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division Realism Gaming Unit.

      The Secretary of the Army has reposed special trust and confidence in the patriotism, valor, fidelity, and professional excellence of the following Soldiers.
