      Today we celebrate the retirement of First Lieutenant Jacob Frost, 1LT Frost joined The 3rd Infantry Division as an enlistee back in May 2015, as the months flew by, 1LT Frost went from an 11B Infantryman, to 19D Cav Scout, finally to a 153A Aviation Officer.

      In March 2022 1LT Frost took over as the Brigade Commander for the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, or 3CAB. Revitalizing how Air Combat and transportation is done today, his predecessor being 2LT Alex Cruz.

      While during his service, 1LT Frost earned a Bronze Star Medal with Valor, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Medal with Valor, 2 European and 2 Iraq Campaign medals, Combat Acton Badge, Senior Aviation Wings, Air Assault wings, and Ranger tab.

      First Lieutenant Frost also served as OIC of the Recruiting and Retention Office from September 2022 to his retirement.
