      • Ceremony; Every first Sunday of the month @ 1300 EST
    • Our unit pushes for 100% accountability of our soldiers, meaning if you can't make an event, your Squad Leader needs to know you won't be there.  Filing of a Temporary Pass Request (TPR) is a way you inform your Command you won't be present at one of the mandatory events listed above.

This is explained during your New Soldier Orientation which is provided by your assigned recruiter once your enlistment application is posted.
      • Current training happens on Saturdays (Squad drills as well as advanced schools such as OSUT, Airborne School, Leadership course, etc) and Sundays (Platoon Field Training Exercises or Combat Missions).

    Initial Enlistment

So you've put in your application. Now what?

Firstly, if you haven't already met with a recruiter on Teamspeak or created a support ticket on Discord, then do so at your earliest convenience. They will be able to advise you further on your application status and help you correct any information that is outstanding so that you get reviewed promptly.

Once reviewed, your application will either:

    • Responded via a reply to your application with a Processing image - Which means the assigned recruiter is trying to get a hold of you via Steam (Check your invites on steam)
    • Hold - Meaning recruiter flagged your application for missing or inefficient information and will list what needs to be corrected in a reply response.
    • Denied - You do not meet the Minimum Requirement (Listed at the beginning of this post)

Responses normally contain exactly what is required from you to complete your application. Meet with a recruiter on Teamspeak to move on to your New Soldier Orientation.  Again the quickest way to coordinate this with your assigned recruiter is via Discord.

Denials can be automatic or declared. Automatic denials are dealt with via our automated system, due to a failure to meet any entry requirements we put in place at the time such as:

    • A Steam VAC Ban
    • Underage
    • Unauthorized name provided

Declared denials are a little different. This means a soldier such as a senior member of our Recruiting & Retention Office has reviewed your information and has decided not to accept you into the 3rd Infantry Division Realism Unit. This could be for many reasons, as such you should contact a recruiter if you have any concerns as to why your application was denied.

Upon submission of your enlistment application, you will gain access to our Enlistees Lounge.  Here you'll have tons more pinned posts to read to get you ready for your experience in the 3rd Infantry Division Realism Unit.

Your future awaits soldier!  Hope to have you among our ranks soon! Best of luck in your recruitment process!
