Optional Mods Survey

Soldiers, currently we are seeing more and more errors in-game due to people running unapproved, sometimes game changing mods. In addition to those errors, some of these mods provide noticeable advantages to the users.

In order to prevent further errors and to make sure data is not sent to the server (=server logs & slowdowns), Corps of Engineers will enforce server signature verification with a whitelist : you will not be able to join the server with additional mods.

However, some optional mods will be added to this whitelist such as technical mods (3den Enhanced, CHVD, Head Range+), graphic mods (Blastcore, Vanilla smoke), sounds mods (JSRS, Enhanced soundscape) and mods that provide a disadvantage (Suppress, Immerse).

The purpose of this post is to collect the mods you use to make sure we do not prevent you from playing with your favorite Graphic/Sound mod.

To submit an optional mod to the list, please comment below this topic with the steam workshop link. It will go through a verification process to ensure it follows the following criteria :

• Must not provide any noticeable advantages (disadvantages are allowed, like suppress and immerse)
• Must not use PBOs that are not in our modpack already (to prevent other clients from getting errors)
• Should not send data to the server (to prevent server logs and slowdowns)

A mod that simply changes how the GPS looks. I've had trouble reading the GPS for a while now and figured this would be a nice optional mod.
