Posted September 22, 2021 WARNORD Fun Op 24SEP21 Mission: Crayola 1. SITUATION Civil War has broken out again in Lingor, and the Lingorian government has requested military assistance from NATO. For years, the government has hosted NATO exercises on and around the island, helping to increase regional security and stability in the process. SLA rebels attempted a coup but failed. They have however seized the cities of Corazon and Maruko, including the international airport. Well funded by overseas dissident groups, the SLA has begun fortifying Lingor’s northern region and have deployed previously hidden armor and heavy weapons. 2. MISSION The 13th MEU is ordered to conduct a combined arms assault on the cities of Corazon and Maruko, both located north of Joint Base Paraffin.
